LAX TRANSPORTATION 24/7
HOTEL/AIRPORT COURTESY SHUTTLE SERVICE
Collection points for the hotel’s complimentary, liveried 24/7 shuttle service from LAX International airport to the Sheraton Gateway Hotel are located outside baggage claim at every terminal, underneath the red overhead sign which reads: “Hotel and Courtesy Shuttle”.

REGISTRATION
Registration, is located outside the Redondo conference room. Advance registration will be open on
Sunday, November 8 from 3pm to 5pm, and daily (Monday to Wednesday, November 9-11) from 8am until 4pm.

MONDAY COCKTAIL RECEPTION
Meeting point for our cocktail networking reception will be the hotel’s Rendezvous bar, from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, Nov 9.
The Rendezvous open bar is conveniently located immediately to the left of hotel reception.

WHOVA NETWORKING APP
We are test piloting the Whova event app to explore new ways of maximising networking opportunities for Summit 2015 attendees. In order to participate you need to download the FREE Whova app from the app store/Google Play and create your profile. (Creating your profile takes a few minutes) once you have created your profile you should SEARCH for the Summit event and JOIN it...
